Roller Garage Doors

SeceuroGlide insulated roller garage doors combine the convenience of power operation with the advantage of smooth vertical opening. This allows you to park right up to the door, whilst the pocket size transmitter enables you to open and close the door from inside your car. Meanwhile, the tightly coiling curtain creates more space inside your garage to accommodate high top off-road vehicles or people carriers.

Every door is made-to-measure in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 so that it fits your garage perfectly. Manufactured from strong corrosion-resistant aluminium with an insulating core, SeceuroGlide is available in a range of ten stylish finishes. These durable factory-coated finishes eliminate the need for painting and ensure that your door continues to look good for years and represents a sound investment for your home. Once installed, SeceuroGlide is very low maintenance and comes complete with a comprehensive 2 year guarantee on all manufactured parts and 5 years on the Somfy motor for total peace of mind.

This outstanding and yet attractively priced roller garage door (manufactured by SWS UK) has a unique locking mechanism. This means that it has been carefully designed and refined to make it the most secure door on the market.

Buying the right garage door can make all the difference in a building project. This page will show you several residential projects we have done, and important information.

We only offer one type of roller door (77mm doubleskin slat), we only deal with one supplier. This makes sure that you (our customer) will get the best insulated roller door available on the market today. The roller door is powered by Somfy, widely regarded as the worldwide market leader in control systems for the automation of roller doors.

Most doors are fitted behind brickwork to increase drive through width, which means more space at the sides! No wooden frames to rot or paint!

I hope that this page has been useful!
For further info please contact us at anytime. Evenings and weekends are fine, as we do work from home. This means that if you do call and get the answer machine, please leave us a message as we will only be doing 'home' things (like a supermarket shop!!) and I wouldn't want to lose your business on account of that!!
We will be as helpful as we can. We get many phone calls just asking for a price, which is fine, but as every job is different I would much rather come out to see the garage and site for myself.

The next bit might seem a bit boring, but remember not all doors are the same.

Lockrite deal with the biggest manufacturer of roller doors in the UK. SWS UK's products not only comply with all relevant UK & European legislation but have also received 3rd party certification from a UKAS accredited test house. This provides the reassurance that our claims of compliance have been verified by a credible independent organisation.
SeceuroGlide roller garage doors are fully compliant to BS EN 13241-1 (Industrial, Commercial, Garage Doors and Gates :- Product Standard) and CE marked against the Construction Products Directive and also the Machinery Directive, a mandatory requirement in the UK.

For remote control roller doors fitted with a single phase tubular motor, the Standard (BS EN 12453 - Safety in use Power Operated Doors) calls for a Type 'C' pressure sensitive protective device “safety edge” that complies with specific force limitations. The SeceuroSmart (RT) control system is fully compliant with this standard.

SeceuroGlide roller garage doors have been tested by a notified body for windloading performance as per BS EN 12424 / 12444. SeceuroGlide have successfully met the requirements of the standard which are equivalent to storm force conditions. All SeceuroGlide have obtained a minimum of classification 2 which is the equivalent of storm force 10 on the Beaufort Scale (59mph).

Many companies will often send a representative to try and sell you a door. A lot of these companies will not show you an example of their product in hard form (something you can touch and feel). However, I bring samples of what we fit. So in short, you dont really know what you are buying from these companies. They will usually quote you a cheap price and trust me, you will recieve a cheap door. As I install the products that I offer (unlike these sales representatives who often make promises that they cannot keep) I can assess what product is suitable for you, quote you a fair price, correctly install the product and keep you informed throughout the whole process. With Lockrite, you know what you're paying for and you get what is promised.
